Emirates appoints APG as its general sales agency in Argentina

Emirates announces that it has appointed APG as its general sales agency (GSA) for Argentina. Emirates, the world’s largest international airline, is gearing up to resume its service between Buenos Aires and Dubai on November 2. The flight will include a short stop in Rio de Janeiro, connecting Argentina and Brazil via direct flights using Emirates’ acclaimed services.
APG will represent Emirates in commercial and sales activities in the Argentinian market, primarily in Buenos Aires. This includes ticketing services in Argentina and acting as the airline’s point of sale, conducting general sales visits and the provision of sales support to agencies in the market, customer service support, representing Emirates at events and trade shows, among other responsibilities.
APG, headquartered in Paris and with a presence in over 100 countries including Argentina, provides airline distribution solutions to support airlines and the global travel industry. APG Argentina is headed by Raul Roca, CEO APG Argentina, Board Member & Vice President The Americas APG Network, who will lead a sales team charged to represent Emirates in Argentina, effective immediately.

Emirates has been serving its customers in Argentina since 2012 and has remained committed to travelers by promoting tourism and trade to and from the country. When Emirates’ services resume in November, the four-times weekly EZE-GIG-DXB service will be operated with a Boeing 777 aircraft.

Guests of all classes can also enjoy delicious multi-course meals prepared by award-winning chefs on their flight.
Customers travelling in premium cabins will be able to enjoy lounge access in Dubai in addition to Chauffeur-drive service in Dubai and Buenos Aires, starting 2 November.
